STEP 1 — Softening Cream

Recommended processing time: 8–10 minutes

A professional thioglycolate-based softening formula designed to restructure the lashes so they can be shaped into the desired design.

The formula combines ammonium thioglycolate with diammonium dithiodiglycolate, an oxidised thioglycolate component that supports a more controlled reduction process. Panthenol, propylene glycol, cetearyl alcohol and mineral oil help condition the lashes and minimise unnecessary dryness during processing.

Its creamy viscosity allows for smooth, even and precise placement — giving the artist greater control over the softening stage.

STEP 2 — Fixing Cream

Recommended processing time: 5–7 minutes

A hydrogen peroxide-based neutralising formula that reforms and sets the lash structure, helping secure the lashes in their newly designed shape.

Formulated with less than 2% hydrogen peroxide and enriched with glycerin, dimethicone, cetearyl alcohol and behentrimonium chloride to support hydration, slip and a smoother lash feel after processing.

The thick cream texture stays securely in place for clean, controlled application with minimal product movement.

STEP 3 — Nourishing Treatment

A conditioning finishing treatment formulated with panthenol, hydrolysed silk, niacinamide, sodium hyaluronate and vitamin E.

It helps replenish hydration, condition and smooth the lashes following chemical processing, leaving them soft, glossy and beautifully finished.

How to Use

**1. Prepare the lashes**
Thoroughly cleanse the lashes to remove makeup, oils and residue. Dry completely and protect the lower lashes and surrounding skin before beginning.

**2. Apply Step 1 — Softening Cream**
Apply a thin, even layer to the required processing area according to your professional lash assessment and chosen technique.

Process for approximately **8–10 minutes**, adjusting the time according to the lashes’ thickness, porosity, condition and chemical history. Monitor the lashes throughout the process and remove Step 1 completely once adequate softening has been achieved.

**3. Wrap and design**
Select the appropriate design shield and carefully wrap the softened lashes into the desired direction and shape. Ensure the lashes are evenly separated, aligned and positioned without excessive tension.

**4. Apply Step 2 — Fixing Cream**
Apply an even layer of Step 2 to the required area, ensuring all previously softened sections are thoroughly covered.

Process for approximately **5–7 minutes**, adjusting where necessary. Once complete, remove the product thoroughly while maintaining the lash design.

**5. Finish with Step 3 — Nourishing Treatment**
Apply a small amount of Step 3 through the lashes and distribute evenly using a clean applicator. Gently comb through to condition, smooth and finish the lashes, then remove any excess product.

**6. Complete the service**
Carefully release the lashes from the shield, cleanse away any remaining residue and perform a final assessment of the lift, direction and lash condition.
